The playa at Burning Man festival in Nevada is partially flooded after heavy rains, which have also caused mudslides and road closures. There are reports of power outages and water shortages, and thousands of people are stranded at the festival. The organizers are working to keep people safe and dry, but one person has died in the flooding.
